Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across eligible locations in India.

Customers are requested to provide accurate contact and delivery information while placing an order. Orders with incorrect or unverifiable information may be cancelled.

Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Failed Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or is unavailable to receive the order after multiple delivery attempts, SZINDHA reserves the right to restrict or refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.
