We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a smooth resolution of any issues related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, customers are required to record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.
Important Guidelines:
- The video must start before opening the sealed package.
- The shipping label and package condition should be clearly visible.
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded continuously without cuts or edits.
- The product and all contents received should be clearly shown in the video.
Claims Without Video Evidence
SZINDHA will not be able to process requests related to:
- Missing items
- Wrong products received
- Damaged products
- Defective products
